Frank Randall

Frank built MedPro Financials after watching the same pattern repeat itself. Medical professionals who had worked incredibly hard to get where they were, earning real money, and still had no real plan behind it.

It became personal when he watched his wife Katie navigate her career as a trauma nurse practitioner. The hours, the stress, the weight of the work she carried home. Money was never taught in her training and was never a priority when she was in the middle of building her career. Frank saw that gap up close and decided to do something about it.

Over the past ten years in financial planning, Frank has built a practice exclusively around medical professionals because he believes the people who take care of everyone else deserve someone looking out for their financial future.

Frank and Katie have four kids together. Emmy is six, Theo is three, and Graham and Lucy just arrived as twins. He knows firsthand what it means to build a financial plan around a busy family and a demanding career.

Charles "Joe" Hodge

Joe runs the back end of MedPro Financials and meets jointly with most of our clients. He is the reason we can serve more people without losing the personal touch that defines how we work.

Fully investment licensed by twenty-two, Joe brings a level of competence and care that is rare at any age. He has been with MedPro for nearly two years and has become an essential part of how we deliver on our commitments to every client we serve.

Joe is originally from Syracuse and brings a straightforward, no-nonsense approach to client experience and operations. When you work with MedPro, Joe is the person making sure everything on our end runs the way it should.

Dylan Grocer

Dylan Grocer, CFP®, ChSNC®, ChFC®, is a financial advisor at MedPro Financials, where he works with Frank Randall to serve APPs, physicians, optometrist, and practice owners across New England. His practice covers the questions that come up across a healthcare career: how to structure cash flow as you transition into practice, what to do about student loans, what disability coverage actually protects a clinical role, how to invest with purpose, and what financial planning looks like the day you open your own practice.

Dylan’s path into this work started at the University of New Hampshire. Many of his closest friends came out of the nursing school carrying significant student loan debt and stepping into careers they were trained for clinically, but not financially. Watching them navigate those first years without a roadmap shaped how Dylan practices today: education before product, planning built around the realities of a healthcare career, and a focus on the medical professionals he has been advocating for since college.

Now in his sixth year of financial planning, Dylan holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® and Chartered Special Needs Consultant® designations and lives in the beautiful South End neighborhood in Boston.

William Hess
